LVCD with pull-out functional units

Low-voltage complete devices (LVCD) with pull-out functional units are assembled in the Rittal frame, on the platform of the TS-8 series enclosures. Pull-out cell solutions provide a partitioning shape of at least 4b.

The boards fully comply with the JSC FGC UES standard SO 153-34.20.122-2006 "Standards for technological design with a higher voltage of 35-750 kV".

Safety:

The use of pull-out functional units allows you to perform maintenance work on the elements of the low voltage switchgear without removing the voltage. Operation control and management are carried out without opening the doors. All controls are located on the front side of LVCD. The presence of electromechanical interlocks prevents possible errors by the operating personnel.

Scalability:

It is possible to manufacture low-voltage switchboards of any configuration with various combinations of pull-out functional blocks and additional expansion of the structure due to the extension of distribution panels with new blocks. In addition, it is always possible to quickly modify the pull-out function block and thus quickly adapt it to new technical requirements.

Versatility:

In addition to standard typical solutions, the design of the pull-out functional units can be individually modified to meet the customer's non-standard requirements. The design of the drawers allows the use of equipment from any manufacturer, without being tied to a specific brand.
